The email has this header

and it contains all the information about your appointment.
At the foot of this email, there is a red box with the option to Change/Cancel Appointment.
Providing your appointment has not yet taken place, you can click on this box and change the appointment to another date and time that suits you.
If your appointment time has passed or you are having issues changing your appointment time, please contact us via the button and we can cancel the appointment for you and arrange a new call.
