If you are losing motivation, here are some tips:
- Listen to an audio at least once when you are alert and awake.
- Gently bring your awareness back to the program and do not be hard on yourself. As long as you are putting honest effort into the program, you will be making positive developments. Focus less on the outcome and more on the process. This will bring enjoyment back into the course.
- Work at your own pace. If you require a break, we would suggest taking that into consideration.
With any routine or program, we will have times when our motivation is low. The key to obtaining successful results is consistency.
